Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
