Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
