Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus) • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Compensation: $100,000 + (Commission Based)
