Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database campaigns • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Close buyer sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $175,000 at plan
