Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Team and individual lead generation • Lead follow up • Buyer sales • Team player • Sales talk mastery • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 at plan
