Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Over two years of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred. The candidate must have a vehicle and be willing to commute across all of Northwestern Queens. Bilingual or multilingual is a plus. Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
