Responsibilities: • Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Costa Mesa, CA, US • Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a home in the local market • Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate property sales • Provide prospective home buyers with pertinent information about the Costa Mesa housing market • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for successful client representation • Schedule buyer appointments efficiently in line with their preferences and availability • Follow up diligently with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the home-buying process • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their future home • Close sales effectively by guiding clients through the final stages of the purchasing process • Demonstrate mastery in CRM systems and database management for effective client communication and record-keeping Qualifications: • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car in Costa Mesa, CA, US • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in real estate transactions • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have • High school diploma required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Familiarity with the local real estate market trends in the Costa Mesa area • A real estate license or the motivation to get one Compensation: $85,000 - $176,500 yearly
