Responsibilities: • Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Irvine, CA, US • Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and actively participate in open houses for potential buyers • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a home in the local market • Prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate property sales • Provide prospective home buyers with pertinent information about the Irvine housing market • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for successful real estate transactions • Schedule buyer appointments efficiently • Conduct thorough lead follow-ups to nurture client relationships • Perform consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Close sales effectively and efficiently • Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems and database management • Utilize sales scripts effectively for client interactions Qualifications: • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car within Irvine, CA, US • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Familiarity with the Irvine real estate market and current trends is required • A real estate license is a prerequisite or should be actively pursued • Strong communication abilities are essential Compensation: $75,000 - $180,000 yearly
