Responsibilities: • Serve as the main liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Sewell, NJ • Coordinate property viewings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and determine their home preferences effectively • Prepare various documentation like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to finalize sales transactions • Provide essential information to prospective home buyers regarding the local housing market in Sewell, NJ • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for successful buyer representation • Schedule buyer appointments promptly and manage them efficiently • Follow up with leads in an effective manner to maintain client engagement • Conduct consultations in a professional and productive way for buyer representation • Ensure all necessary paperwork is signed in accordance with BRE regulations for compliance • Successfully close sales transactions while delivering exceptional buyer representation • Master the usage of CRM systems and databases for efficient buyer representation Qualifications: • Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license that permits travel by car • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as a necessity • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the local real estate market and current trends • Maintain a valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement for the role • Display outstanding communication abilities crucial for the position.
