Based in Decatur, GA, we specialize in investment properties, co-living models, and high-cash-flow rental strategies. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for one to two licensed, experienced agents who are ready to run with us. This isn’t HGTV. It's cash flow, cap rates, and closings. We’ve got a steady stream of investor clients and off-market opportunities — and we’re looking for an agent who knows how to drive the deal flow, not sit back and wait. Who This Is For: You’re a licensed agent in Metro Atlanta with at least 5+ closed deals, and you’re tired of: • Chasing low-quality leads • Explaining granite countertops and crown molding • Wondering when your next deal is coming Instead, you're ready to: • Plug into a consistent flow of off-market deals • Work with serious investors who want ROI, not just pretty houses • Be mentored by a team that understands strategy, scale, and smart sales • Hustle in a fast-moving, high-opportunity environment Agents on plan can expect to earn $75,000–$100,000+ in their first year with us. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for those who hustle. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Lead generate daily — call, text, and network to connect with investor clients • Follow up with warm leads from the team • Sign Buyer Brokerage Agreements, write offers, and negotiate deals • Present investment properties and run basic deal analysis (don’t worry — we’ll show you how) • Build a pipeline of investor clients and help them scale their portfolios • Stay coachable, show up consistently, and contribute to a team that wins together This is not a “wait for the phone to ring” type of role — the right agent will create momentum, not wait for it. Qualifications: What You Need:Active Georgia real estate license5+ closed residential transactions (ideally within the past 18 months) • Interest or experience in real estate investing • Confidence working in spreadsheets and analyzing numbers • Strong follow-up skills and natural sales instincts • Full-time availability, Mon–Fri in our Office in the heart of Downtown Decatur (plus evenings/weekends as needed) Bonus if you’ve worked with or own rental properties, co-living units, or managed investment deals. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
