Responsibilities: • Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Canyon Country, CA, US • Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and engage in open houses to assist potential buyers • Reach out to pre-screened leads to assess their interest and understand their preferences and requirements for a new home • Prepare essential documentation like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to finalize property sales • Provide prospective homebuyers with pertinent information about the local housing market in Canyon Country, CA, US • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for successful client transactions • Schedule appointments for buyers and ensure timely follow-ups on leads • Participate in training sessions and support programs to enhance professional growth and excel in the real estate industry Qualifications: • A valid U.S. driver’s license is required for this position, allowing for travel by car • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have • Knowledge of the Canyon Country real estate market and staying updated on current real estate trends is essential • Holding a real estate license is a prerequisite for this role, or the willingness and drive to obtain one Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
