Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Connect and convert the large amount of leads provided Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $109,000 at plan earnings
