Responsibilities: • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Your Day-To-Day • Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams • Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process • Follow-Up, Don’t Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
