Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Only
