Responsibilities: • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
