Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
