Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000 at plan
