Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
