Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions
