Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
