Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Receive qualified leads Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
