Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Live close to Westlake Village, CA Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
