Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Provide expert guidance on the local housing market to ensure buyers are informed and confident. • Prepare all necessary documents for transactions, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. • Engage with pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs and wants in a home to offer personalized service. • Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and accompany buyers throughout the home-buying process. • Assist clients with budgeting, mortgage options, and navigating the complexities of purchasing a home. Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid Florida Real Estate License : Required. • Driven & Enthusiastic: Passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing top-notch service. • Excellent Communication Skills : Able to effectively communicate with clients and team members. • Detail-Oriented : Ensures smooth, error-free transactions. • Positive Attitude : Friendly, approachable, and committed to building strong client relationships. • Valid U.S. Driver's License : Ability to travel by car for showings and appointments. Compensation: $62,000 - $75,000
