Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $71,500 at plan
