Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer sales • Buyer lead generation • CRM and Database management • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Show a track record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 at plan
