Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $85,000
