Responsibilities: • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $100,000+
