Responsibilities: • Develop expertise in closing deals for residential properties in • Attend weekly team training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to Real Estate Sales • Guide clients through the home purchasing process throughout the year • Maintain effective communication with management and team members in a professional manner • Successfully oversee, monitor, and finalize multiple contracts on a monthly basis • Actively engage in team meetings, huddles, and outings to promote camaraderie and synergy among agents Qualifications: • To be considered for this role as a Real Estate Buyer's Sales Agent it is required to possess an Active Real Estate License • The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong motivation and a hardworking attitude • Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position • A collaborative mindset is essential to thrive in this role Compensation: $75,000+ Commission Based
