You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Your Day-To-Day • Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams • Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process • Follow-Up, Don’t Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Show a track record of real estate success • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
