Responsibilities: • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
