Responsibilities: • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
