Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A valid real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
