Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
