Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
