Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Show a track record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • A proven track record of success • Sales experience preferred • At least two years experience as real estate agent with $3 Million in volume • Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish, other languages a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commission based
