    Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Participate in the weekly team meetings • Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom • Host at least 3 open houses a month either with another team member or on your own • Utilize Sierra Internationals to the fullest • Consistent continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Board membership required Compensation: $75,000 yearly
