Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
