The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, highly organized, and ready to help buyers confidently take the next steps in their real estate journey. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-fledged Buyers Agent role on our team. This is a client-facing, in-field role with a flexible schedule that requires availability during weekends and evenings to meet client needs. This is a full-time W-2 position. Compensation • Base Salary: $45,000 annually. • Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn total compensation ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, based on closed transactions and performance metrics. Responsibilities: • Showings Management: Schedule and conduct home showings, providing clients with expert insights and guidance to make informed decisions. • Buyer Guidance: Engage buyers during showings to encourage decision-making, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process. • Contract Assistance: Prepare and submit offers with all necessary documentation (e.g., pre-approval letters) and communicate effectively with clients during this process. • Client Transition: Collaborate with Lydia and the team to transition files seamlessly once under contract. • Closing Support: Conduct final walkthroughs, verify inspection resolution items, and attend closings to support clients. • Open Houses: Host open houses in the local market to connect with potential buyers and build relationships. • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, client events, and other community-building initiatives. Qualifications: • Active real estate license required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Self-motivated with a service-first mindset. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
