Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, ensuring effective communication, scheduling, and performance evaluations. • Recruit and onboard skilled ISAs based on their sales expertise and credentials. • Develop and implement training programs dedicated to enhancing call quality, script handling, and objection management for ISAs. • Utilize dialers and relevant applications to support call operations and improve scripts. • Supervise call quality, offer constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement. • Provide personalized feedback and address ISA concerns through regular interactions. • Present insights and updates during management meetings.
