Responsibilities include managing and providing direction to internal sales personnel. This is a full-time position located in our Fresno, California office. Key responsibilities include supervising incoming calls from clients nationwide and globally. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, ensuring effective communication, scheduling, and performance evaluations. • Recruit skilled ISAs with sales expertise and credentials. • Develop training programs to enhance call quality, script handling, and objection management for ISAs. • Use dialers and applications to support call operations and improve scripts. • Supervise call quality, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. • Offer personalized feedback and address ISA concerns through regular interactions. • Present insights and updates during management meetings. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in leading teams within a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a focus on mentoring roles. • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and a proven history of effectively engaging potential buyers are fundamental requirements for this position. • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in phone sales, are essential to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. • A positive, goal-driven attitude, coupled with the ability to motivate team members, is crucial for success in this role. • Strong problem-solving skills and a talent for innovative thinking are key qualifications. • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, and various management systems is mandatory. • Demonstrated capacity to swiftly address issues in a fast-paced work setting is a valuable attribute. • Fluency in English is necessary, while proficiency in Spanish would be beneficial for this specific role. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
