As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish. Your organizational skills will be key in assisting with scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting agents with essential paperwork and documentation. You’ll also contribute to the development of new processes and protocols aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing the client experience. Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Effectively understand and anticipate their needs, preferences, and timelines to provide personalized and efficient service. • Primary Point of Contact : Serve as the central point of communication for clients, ensuring quick and professional responses to inquiries, providing timely updates on property listings, transactions, and addressing any client concerns or questions. • Market Knowledge & Guidance: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and recent sales activity to provide clients with valuable insights, helping them make informed and confident decisions throughout the process. • Client Database & Record Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive client databases, files, and records, including contact information, property details, transaction history, and essential documents, ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while adapting to the constantly changing demands of a high-volume real estate team. This role is critical in ensuring that our busy team runs smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service. Qualifications: • Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in real estate or a related field is a plus. • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals throughout the closing process. Strong client follow-up skills to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships. • Real Estate Knowledge & Closing Procedures: Solid understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and processes related to closing transactions, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. • CRM Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, including the ability to manage large databases and track client interactions efficiently. Experience managing databases of 5000+ clients while maintaining accuracy and organization. • Team Management : Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team of 20 individuals, ensuring that all team members are aligned and work effectively to meet objectives, deadlines, and client needs. • Technology & Tools: Proficient in using real estate software, document management systems, and communication tools to streamline operations and maintain efficient workflows. • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced real estate environment, ensuring client needs are met promptly. • Professionalism & Customer Service: A strong sense of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000
