Responsibilities:
Conduct closings with professionalism, explaining documents clearly
Input and verify details from real estate contracts
Manage paperwork, printing, emails, and basic office technology
Use Outlook and transaction software to track files and communicate with all parties
Answer phones and assist with general inquiries in a professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with real estate closings (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Comfort with Outlook and transaction management systems
A professional, personable approach with customers
Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
