Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Georgia. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate closings, title review, or related legal fields. • Familiarity with Georgia real estate laws and regulations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in high-stakes or emotional situations. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision. • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing superior service. Compensation This is a commission-based position with competitive earning potential based on your productivity and ability to close transactions. Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 yearly
