We are in need of someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic setting, even during occasional high-pressure moments. This role is ideal for real estate professionals who are ready to transition from property showings to enjoying weekends and holidays off. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in real estate, specifically in listing and selling properties. Duties involve supervising a team of at least 10 agents and driving business expansion. Effective communication skills are essential for this role, which includes tasks like aiding agents in listing properties on MLS, overseeing paperwork from contract to closing, and sending introductory emails to clients, title companies, and lenders. Other responsibilities consist of obtaining HOA documents and home warranties, as well as maintaining consistent communication among all parties involved in transactions. Success in this position hinges on meticulous file management and regular follow-up calls with agents & clients. We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is skilled in SkySlope, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, and having a high typing speed and accuracy is a definite advantage. Responsibilities: • This is an in person position with your own office space • Process listing and sales contracts • Assist in completion of closing check list • Answer phones and emails • Schedule and confirm appointments • Basically it is your position to make sure the closing process goes smoothly so that the client has a stress free transaction! There is also an opportunity to make bonuses! Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License • In person position with your own office space • Independent Contractor Position • Experience with SkySlope, Word, Excel, or Publisher is a plus • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly per year
