Requires a minimum of one year of real estate experience in listing and selling properties, with responsibilities including overseeing at least 7 agents and driving business growth. Strong communication skills are crucial for success in this position, involving tasks such as assisting agents in listing properties on MLS, managing paperwork from contract to closing, and sending introductory letters to clients, title companies, and lenders. Responsibilities also include ordering HOA documents and home warranties, as well as maintaining continuous communication with all transaction parties. The key to excelling in this role lies in meticulous file organization and regular follow-up calls with agents. We are seeking a proactive and creative individual proficient in SkySlope, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, with excellent typing speed and accuracy being a plus. Responsibilities: • Process listing and sales contracts • Assist in completion of closing check list • Answer phones and emails • Schedule and confirm appointments • Basically it is your position to make sure the closing process goes smoothly so that the client has a stress free transaction! There is also an opportunity to make bonuses! Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License • Experience with SkySlope, Word, Excel, or Publisher is a plus • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly per year
