Role Overview: As a Closing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and seamless closing experience for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers, service providers, and internal teams during the transaction process. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and an innate ability to build relationships. Your focus will be on guiding clients through the escrow process and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: • Send welcome texts to sellers immediately after contracts are signed, introducing them to the team and outlining next steps. • Conduct daily check-ins with sellers over the phone to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve any concerns. • Assist sellers with tasks such as hiring movers, scheduling junk removal, tenant relocation, and other needs. • Clearly explain the escrow process to sellers, ensuring they feel confident and informed. File and Process Management: • Audit files to identify and address any potential issues that could delay closings. • Perform due diligence on files to maintain compliance and ensure readiness for closing. • Maintain highly accurate Salesforce records to provide full transparency across teams. Team Collaboration: • Coordinate with internal sales teams, escrow teams, project management, and asset management to ensure a seamless process. • Organize walkthroughs and other activities with stakeholders. • Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the closing process. • Act as a trusted resource for sellers, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions that make their experience as smooth as possible. Qualifications: • Expertise in real estate contracts, and documents, and familiarity with online platforms such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and CRM. • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar programs is a plus. • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proven track record of excelling in a high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $80,000+ Bonus
