Responsibilities: • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Follow the Commercial Team plan of action • Commercial real estate leasing and sales • Database • Lead generation • CRM management • Contracts Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Familiar with leasing regulations • Real Estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan
