Responsibilities: • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Compensation: $300,000 at plan
