Responsibilities: • Identify potential acquisition targets and expand the pool of leads to drive future growth opportunities. • Ensure prompt responsiveness to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. • Present commercial properties suitable for business purposes, offering clients financial insights and analytical data. • Serve as a liaison between buyers and sellers, collaborating with loan officers and attorneys to facilitate legal and timely transactions. • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify necessary repairs and support clients during purchase/sale negotiations. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position in Bakersfield, CA, US. • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language is necessary. • The ability to work independently, staying motivated and self-sufficient, is key. • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising practices is preferred. Compensation: $80,000 - $190,000 yearly
