Offices located in Burleson & Glen Rose, TX Responsibilities: • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Must have a real estate license Compensation: $128,500 yearly
